Our volunteer group's ALEA Grant titled "Spokane Neotropical Bird Surveys" is conducted following the Monitoring Avian Productivity and Survivorship (MAPS) Program protocol of the Institute for Bird Populations. Our MAPS site is located within the Little Spokane River Natural Area of Riverside State Park (State Parks Website) northwest of Spokane, Washington - USA.
